Embark on a 45-minute self-guided exploration of our sauna for an epic sweat, ice baths for a refreshing plunge, and a communal space to unwind and connect with others. Fire & Ice - Kriya + Cold(Guided Class)
We meet to move, activate the body and the breath, and find a strength and rhythm that will carry us through sensations of heat and cold. We are built to manage the natural intensity of temperature range. Over time, this inner fitness plays out into our lives in practical and remarkable ways. Expect an epic sauna sweat, an awakening cold immersion, and the soothing embrace of carefully selected essential oils.
