  • Beginner AcroYoga

    Discover the joy of movement in our beginner AcroYoga class, where you'll learn foundational poses, build strength, and enhance flexibility through partner exercises. No experience needed—just bring yourself and a willingness to try something new!

    Acro Yoga Jam

    This class is a beautiful compilation of movement, where yoga meets acrobatics, and individuals come together to create, explore, and elevate. No matter your level of experience, you'll find space to challenge yourself, learn from others, and enjoy the thrill of partnership and trust. We focus on the flow of breath, the art of balance, and the joy of achieving poses together, all within a supportive and encouraging environment.

  • Alignment-Based Hatha / Vinyasa Yoga: Embark on a journey of balance and flow with these 60-minute classes that offer a blend of stillness and movement, inviting you to explore the depth of embodied Hatha and Vinyasa yoga practices. Experience the harmony of holding poses to deepen your connection, then transition smoothly with breath-led flows that awaken your inner strength and flexibility. Pranayama and Meditation will be a part of these experiences.

  • AntiGravity Fundamentals

    Students will learn the foundational techniques for utilizing the aerial hammock in this fun and unique class. The focus will be gaining a sense of trust in the hammock. No previous antigravity experience required.

    AntiGravity Suspension Fitness

    Students will learn more advanced poses, inversions, and flips utilizing the aerial hammock. Expect to gain greater awareness of how your body moves through space in the hammock. Required experience: Completion of 3 fundamentals classes.

  • Body Alchemista is a journey of self-discovery through dance to soul-stirring music from all over the world.A compilation of disciplines that connect spirit with form, this class is an uninhibited exploration of what it means to be human, tapping into your wild nature and inviting you to embrace your unknown parts beyond previously defined edges.

  • Brazilian Zouk

    Experience the sensual rhythms of Brazilian Zouk in our class. Learn fundamental techniques, intricate footwork, and partner connection. From beginners to experienced dancers, join us to sway, spin, and groove together.

    Brazilian Zouk Practica

    An informal, vibrant, communal gathering where dancers come together to practice. Music plays continuously, creating a perfect environment for dancers to practice steps learned in class, explore movements, and connect with partners. This informal setting allows for experimentation and personal growth at one's own pace, in a supportive atmosphere. It's ideal for both beginners and experienced dancers to refine their skills and enjoy the dance's social aspects.

  • Experience the healing power of your breath. Embark on a gentle Breathwork journey guiding you into release, self-connection, movement and higher frequency, culminating in a grounding and meditative Savasana.

    BREATHWORK PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

    Your health and safety are our top priorities. If you have any of the following conditions, please consult a healthcare professional before participating in breathwork sessions:

    • Epilepsy

    • Pregnancy

    • Detached Retina or Glaucoma

    • Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure (not managed by medication)

    • Cardiovascular Disease (including prior heart attacks)

    • Use of Prescription Blood Thinners (e.g., Coumadin)

    • Recent Hospitalization for Psychiatric Conditions or Emotional Crisis (within the last ten years)

    • Family History of Aneurysms

    • Strokes, TIAs, Seizures, or other Brain/Neurological Conditions

    • Diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder or Schizophrenia by a Health Professional

    • Osteoporosis (where intense movement could cause physical issues)

    Special Note for Asthma: Asthma does not preclude you from participating in breathwork. However, we ask that you bring your inhaler to the session for your safety.

  • Budokon Yoga class is a unique blend of movement arts that draws from the disciplines of martial arts, yoga, calisthenics, and animal locomotion. This innovative approach creates a seamless flow of movement that challenges the body, disciplines the mind, and awakens the spirit. Budokon, meaning "the way of the warrior spirit," emphasizes the integration of strength, mindfulness, agility, and grace. The practice is designed to improve mobility, increase flexibility, and build core strength, all while fostering a warrior-like focus and determination. This class is not just about physical prowess; it's a transformative experience that invites practitioners to explore the depths of their character, confront personal limitations, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and resilience. We will be practicing in a heated room.

    Experience the grounding nature of floorwork, crawling patterns & soft acrobatics. Combining these systems provides a framework on how to move with fluidity, control & ultimately more freedom. Prepare to flow, connect & access serious play.

  • Hot Intermediate Hatha Yoga

    This class is based on the Love and All is Coming sequence developed by international yoga teacher Talia Sutra. Hatha Yoga is not a “style” of yoga, rather, it is anything that is a physical practice of yoga. This class merges the traditions of the Ghosh and Ashtanga Vinyasa lineages, providing a well-rounded, foundational, balanced, dynamic, and heart-centered practice. The intermediate practice features more challenging balancing postures, backbends, and inversions. Class will also include pranayama, mantra recitation, and meditation. This class is appropriate for students with intermediate-advanced yoga experience.

    Hot Open-Level Hatha Yoga

  • Bring on the heat! This Mat Pilates class will stoke your inner fires in our heated room, while using traditional exercises and sequencing to stabilize your body, strengthen your spirit, and perfectly complement any of your other movement practices.

  • Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced dancer, this class will introduce you to the essence of House Dance. Learn basics of House Dance including footwork foundations, groove and directions to express yourself through dance.

    Through House Dance, you may find freedom, confidence, and an outlet to express your creativity. Added bonus, it is a great cardio workout too. Come ready to sweat!

  • Kundalini & Mantra

    Kundalini Yoga, often referred to as the yoga of awareness, focuses on self-awareness and includes a warmup, kundalini kriya / series of gestures, and meditation aimed to build physical and mental stamina and elevate your energy. All levels welcome.

  • Lala Bodi Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga

    This class offers fresh dynamic movement sequences that generate heat, nourish the soul, and leave room for fun. All-levels accessible with playlists that keep the body moving, breath flowing, and energy high. Room 90+ degrees.

    Lala Bodi Vinyasa Flow

    This upbeat class offers fresh dynamic movement sequences with time for deeper exploration in less heat. Fun playlists help fuel this all-levels class that will leave you feeling strong, stretched, and well-balanced. Room 80+ degrees.

  • This Mat Pilates class will stoke your inner fires from the inside out, while using traditional exercises and sequencing to stabilize your body, strengthen your spirit, and perfectly complement any of your other movement practices.

  • This class is open to all movers at every stage of movement experience. Class begins on the floor with a guided somatic movement exploration, tuning into weight and sensation. We progress into simple movement motifs and more open ended explorations with focus on anatomical integrity. Class ends with an improvisational structure to integrate the day’s discoveries.

  • This class offers a deep dive into the moving body, blending function, expression, and rehab. Explore calisthenics, coordination, expression, and mobility, alongside rehab protocols to strengthen shoulders, wrists, knees, and elbows. Expect handstands, rings, locomotion, and coordination drills. All levels welcome!

  • Radiant Body yoga blends vinyasa, breath and meditation into a complete mind/body/spirit experience. Students will move fluidly through standing, belly down, back bends, forward folds, and seated postures to open and balance the energy of our body systems.

    7-10 minute savasana to conclude.

  • Satsanga Sādhanā is a transformative 45-minute seated practice that intricately weaves together meditation, mantra, prānāyāma, and kriyā techniques. This music forward practice integrates various lineages and has been synthesized by Tony Lupinacci. Each class is framed by a Sankalpā or intention. By tailoring the rhythm of the breath to the beat of the music students are invited on an immersive exploration of the self.

  • This beginner friendly class introduces MMA training in a non-intimidating & engaging environment. Structure includes skill specific conditioning, disguised repetition & fun partner drills. Let’s sweat, connect & build confident minds & durable bodies.

  • This class is for the beginner yogi of all ages, as well as anyone seeking a gentler practice. We will fuse the practices of Viniyoga, Yin, Yoga Nidra, and Pranayama for a therapeutic practice for all to benefit from the healing power of yoga.

  • TRIBE Talks offers a sacred space for our community to delve into the profound connection between our collective journey as a school and the natural cycles that guide us. In these gatherings, we explore the synchronicity between our communal endeavors and the current season, understanding how these external rhythms reflect and influence our internal states. Through engaging discussions, reflective practices, and shared experiences, we'll uncover how aligning with the natural world can enhance our personal growth and strengthen our bonds as a tribe. As we attune to the seasonal shifts, we'll learn to navigate our paths with greater harmony and awareness, fostering a deeper sense of unity and support within our tribe.

  • Vinyasa Dance

    Vinyasa Dance is a sacred dance of breath, movement, and intention, where we weave together form, through the ancient practices of yoga and freedom, through the expressive nature of dance. As you move to the music, your body becomes the brush, and the space around you, your canvas. Each flow is designed to open the heart, awaken the soul, and bring you into deeper alignment with your inner essence.

    Vinyasa Yoga

    Relax your mind, enliven your spirit, and experience a deep state of peace in this Yoga class. A combination of traditional yogic teachings and postures together with your breath and steady focus, this experience will support you in finding peace in all areas of your life- on and off the mat. This is an all-levels practice which will include dynamic movements, static postures, stabilizing exercises, and moments of rest and restoration.

  • This 90-minute practice for all levels will infuse elements of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Ghosh and Viniyoga traditions. Classes will also include pranayama, meditation, and mantra recitation. All are welcome. Come as you are!
